Gary, sometimes our mischievous friend, Stitch, likes to mess with things, and I’m sorry to hear that you’re having difficulty accessing your
Disney PhotoPass pictures and My Disney Experience account. Unfortunately, I’ve heard from some of my UK friends that the
My Disney Experience Mobile App may not always work smoothly once you have returned home as it is primarily intended for use in the U.S. If you haven't tried already, I'd recommend visiting the
Disney PhotoPass page from a web browser when logged into your account. This will hopefully allow you to access your photos and will also give more information on whether the issue is with your account or simply with the app.
If you are unable to access your photos through the website as well, I’d suggest
calling a Cast Member for assistance. I’ve found them to be super helpful when I’ve run into technical glitches of my own. They will hopefully be able to identify the source of the problem and help you access those magical memories waiting in your PhotoPass gallery!
