left out the date 1st time.Visiting WDW Nov. 11-17 2012 If we book at Pop Century with Plus Dining and after that the free dinng plan is offered for the time during our stay, but must stay in a moderate resort for free plus dining can we upgrade to PORS

You definitely can. Even after you book your vacation, you are always free to change your package, meal plan, tickets, or resort. That flexibility is very helpful when new and sometimes better specials are released.

(Tip - Mousesavers.com is an excellent resource for keeping up with specials as they are released, and they have an email newsletter as well)

It's worth noting, though, that when Disney does offer free dining, they give value resort guests the quick service dining plan. If you'd like the plan that includes table service meals you have the option of upgrading to a moderate or deluxe resort, or to pay the difference between the quick service and standard dining plans. For 2011 that difference is only $11 per day for an adult (child cost remains the same). If you'd like to save a few dollars, it would be cheaper to stay in the value resort and just upgrade the dining plan.

Hope that helps, and have a wonderful vacation!
