    We are leaving for WDWy in 6 wks. 1st trip for my husband, me & 2 girls 5 & 3. Hoop dee Doo & Mickey Backyard BBQ & Aloha all booked. Each take 2 credits for dining plan. I need to cancel either Hoop or Backyard. I need help with decisi

    Hi Angie!

    That is a tough decision!  It really all depends on what your girls will enjoy the most.  My son loves Mickey's Backyard BBQ because he can get up and dance with his favorite characters.  He loves the up close and personal time with Mickey and the gang.  Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is also a great time with the live entertainment, funny jokes and audience participation.  

    My vote is to keep Mickey's Backyard BBQ because I love anything where the characters are involved.  The outdoor atmosphere is great in the evening, the all-you-care-to-eat style food is easy and convenient (not to mention YUMMY!) and you can't beat Mickey ice cream bars for dessert.  If your girls love dance parties with the characters as much as my son, I don't think you will be disappointed with this choice.
