    We are leaving for WDW in three weeks. This will be our first trip. We were wanting to go to Fantasmic. How soon should we be there in order to obtain a good spot?

    Hi Tanya!

     Fantasmic! is a wonderful way to end a Disney Day.  The show takes place in a large ampitheatre that seats over 6,000 guests.   Seating is first come, first seated, so the earlier you get in line, the better your choice of seat.  In addition, there is "standing room only" for an additional 3,000 guests.  I recommend getting a seat, as the standing area tends to be crowded, and the views of the performance can be obstructed.

    Fantasmic! is very popular, and guests tend to start lining up over an hour before the performance.  To ensure you have a good seats, therefore, I recommend arriving approximately an hour before show time.
