Hi! Leaving for WDW in just 5 days! I know that if you buy things throughout the park you can have them sent to your resort for free, but is that also the case for packaged food products like candy?

    Hi,

The answer is yes, so long as the product is packaged, and not for immediate personal consumption.  I bought several Mickey Pops, Peppermint sticks, boxed candy, and a few other sundries and had them sent to my resort.  The cast member will confirm your check out date, to be sure the items will arrive at the resort in a timely manner.  The items will be placed in a plastic bag just as they would be if you were to carry them out of the store.  The cast member will staple a form to the bag, that will have all pertinent information including resort, room, and your name.  Your purchase will be picked up and delivered generally within 24 hours. Hope you have a fabulous trip!!!
