We are leaving next Friday to go to DW. We are staying at the CBR. I have heard we need to request certain rooms close to buses/food court because this resort is so large. What is your recommendation? We are taking our son for his 6th bday. Thanks!

Hi Robin,

Wow, you're almost there! How exciting and happy birthday to your son. He is going to have the best time and the memories from this special birthday will last forever.

I recently stayed at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and loved our location. We stayed in the Jamaica section and were in Building 44. This was very convenient as it was just a short walk over a bridge to the Old Port Royale area (main pool, food court, restaurant, and gift shop). There is a bus stop a short walk in the other direction. Keep in mind that there is also an internal bus system, too. So, if you are in an area that is further away from Old Port Royale, you can catch these marked buses and take a short ride there. I would also recommend Martinique Building 26. This building is very close to Old Port Royale as well as the bus stop. Keep in mind that requests are not guaranteed and are based on availability at time of check-in.
