    Hi! We are leaving on our holiday to Florida tomorrow (from Holland) and we haven’t received our documents for Disney. Is it possible to get new cards from somewhere when we get to Disney? Thanks!

    Hi Katja! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Are you thrilled to be leaving tomorrow for your vacation? I bet you are full of excitement! In just a few days, you will be visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth." Yay!

    If you have purchased a vacation package and are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, but have not received your MagicBands for your visit, you can get them from the Cast Member when you check-in for your reservation. If you have tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account, but are not staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can visit Guest Relations when you arrive at the theme parks or Disney Springs and explain your situation. They should be able to see your tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account and issue you new cards.

    Should you need further assistance, I encourage you to contact Disney directly at (407) 939-5277 when you arrive in Florida, and a Cast Member can get your information and assist you with the remaining details of your stay.
