    We are leaving for DW on Sat. I called the help line and recieved very little help. I need to know how to get our plane tickets that we ordered through the Disney package. I was told to go to Frontier Airlines, but not what to do from there.

    Hi Andrea!

         I am so sorry that you didn't get the help that you were looking for!  The Walt Disney World Travel Company uses ticketless travel for its airfare.  In other words, you won't receive an actual hard copy of your plane ticket.  What you will need to do is obtain your Record Locator number (a 6 letter confirmation number) for Frontier Airlines, by calling 1-407-WDISNEY.  Once you have this, you will need to visit frontierairlines.com and check in online 24 hours before you leave.  You will need that 6 letter reservation code and your name as it appears on your reservation.  You will then be able to print out your boarding passes and hit the friendly skies!
