Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Walt Disney World Resort is the perfect vacation destination for family celebrations! We've celebrated many birthdays with Mickey and his friends! Each special occasion has left an ever-lasting memory in my heart! I have no doubt your upcoming Disney vacation will be a birthday your daughter will never forget!

I love wearing the "Happy Birthday" buttons while visiting Walt Disney World Resort! Your question made me smile because I was having the same challenges with the writing rubbing off my button, too. The buttons must be made of pixie dust, or something that Sharpie markers don't stick well to. Haha! I have a recommendation that worked out really well the last time we wore a button for a special occasion! If you visit a crafting store like Michaels (or an online crafting store like Etsy), you will find small letter stickers. Rather than using a marker, use the stickers to spell your daughter's name onto the button! I recommend purchasing small vinyl stickers, if possible, because they will be a little tougher and withstand the elements better. If you have a crafting store nearby, I suggest bringing your daughter's last celebration button from Walt Disney World Resort along with you so you can have it to reference letter sizes.
