Hello, we are leaving for Disney Monday and will be staying offsite for the first time at a Disney Springs hotel. I have fast passes linked to our magic bands from last year. As offsite guests, can we still use mobile ordering? Credit card is linked.

Hi, Patricia! I am so glad you have your FastPass+ selection picked out and ready to use! You can definitely reuse those MagicBands to access them and your Disney Theme Park Tickets as long as they are all linked to the same My Disney Experience account and profile. In my experience, the MagicBands last for around two years. If by chance you get to Walt Disney World Resort and find that the battery inside the MagicBand is no longer working, you can use your Disney Theme Park Ticket in the same way as the MagicBand. Scanning it at the Mickey touchpoints will have you zipping through the entrance and onto the FastPass+ queues faster than you can say supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

I have even more fantasmic news to share with you! As long as you have a valid credit card stored in your My Disney Experience account, then you can utilize it to take advantage of the magical Mobile Ordering feature found within the My Disney Experience mobile app. Guest do not have to be staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel to use this feature. I used Mobile Ordering recently and it helped me get to my beloved Dole Whip Float so much faster! I placed out order while standing in line at The Magic Carpets of Aladdin. As soon as we were done flying high over Adventureland on our Magic Carpet, I hit the I'm Here, Prepare My Order button to inform the Cast Members that we were ready to pick up our order. By the time we made our way to Aloha Isle, the Cast Member was placing that delicious treat right up in the order pick up area. Can you say magical?

Thanks so much for stopping by today and please let us know if you have any other questions about your upcoming magical adventures!
