We are leaving on the Disney Magic July 9th and can't wait!! We have a 5 year old that just finished her treatment from leukeamia and this needs to be very special for her and us! How do we make the ship aware of our daughter's treatment? Thx

Hi Michelle, I want you to know that your family is truly awe-inspiring to me and many others. Your daughter will absolutely love sailing on the beautiful Disney Magic! Indeed your entire family will enjoy a most remarkable cruising experience with Disney. To note your daughter's treatment on the reservation, go to the Planning Center tab at Disney Cruise Line. Click on "My Online Check-In," then go to the page where it lists each guest's name. At the bottom of the screen it will show the downloadable PDF files, such as the minor authorization form and the Special Services Information Form. You can download this page, print it, and fill it out. Once the form is completed you may fax it to (407) 938-4295 or email it to: dcl.special.request@disney.com. If you have difficulty retrieving the Special Services Information Form online, simply contact (800) 951-3532 and ask for the web assistance team. They will be happy to walk you through the process. Otherwise, you can ask them to fax you this document. Once your daughter's treatment is noted on the reservation, both the Special Services Team and the Medical Team will be notified. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with your family today and always. May your Disney cruise be sprinkled with extra doses of Pixie Dust!
