    Leaving for Disney in 39 days - not that I'm counting:o) I know we need "water shoes" for the Water Parks ~ will flip flops work or will they be hard to keep on when riding slides, etc? Thank you!

    Welcome to the Moms Panel!  I bought myself a cute pair of mary-jane water shoes to use at Blizzard Beach, only to forget them at home!  I first thought I would go without, but that concrete gets really hot.  I gave in and decided to wear my flip flops, but would take them off and hold them on any of the slides that submerge you at the bottom.  I was happy that I at least remembered my childrens' water shoes, it would have been difficult to try to hold onto everyones' flip flops.

    If you can find space in your luggage to pack your water shoes, I think it's worth bringing them!
