leaving in 5 days, wondering if upgrading our 6 day park hopper to annual pass is worth it, seeing comments about black out dates, Disney website offers says no black out dates, going back in February and it looks like a good idea, help!!

    Hi Cathy,

As a long-time Walt Disney World passholder, I'm happy to help you with your question.

In general, the block out dates apply only to the special annual passes that are available only to Florida residents or to Disney Vacation Club members. The Disney Platinum Plus Pass and the Disney Platinum Pass, which are available to all guests, have no block out dates.

If you are planning two Walt Disney World vacations in the next 12 months, an annual pass could make sense for you. Besides the unlimited parkhopper admission, an annual pass gives you access to a number of special benefits and discounts

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope this clarifies the annual pass block out dates for you. Don't hesitate to check back if we can answer any other questions.

Enjoy your upcoming vacation and all the others in your future!
