Hi, we are leaving in 8 days for our first trip to WDW. I am worried because we have not received our tickets and info yet, we scheduled online 2 wks ago, should I be worried and who/how do I get ahold of someone if needed. Thanks in advance!!

    Hi Teresa!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.  If you are just looking for paperwork regarding a room reservation and park tickets then you just need your confirmation number.  You won't get your park tickets until you arrive at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel.  In fact, the park tickets will be encoded on your Key to the World card, which is basically your room key and ID at Walt Disney World.

However, you might be referring to your airline tickets if you purchased them through Disney travel as well.  These days, it's just important to have the airline confirmation number.

All of this said, I suggest calling Disney directly and asking about the status of your reservation.  I suggest calling Guest Relations directly at (407) 824-2222.  Good luck!
