    Hi Leaving in 12 days to drive to Disney so excited and just saw the reversible ears covers at Chapeau Hat Shoppe I really want to get one and I would love to do the make your own ears can you tell me how much it is and is it adult and kids sizes

    Great job in spying the new reversible Cover Your Ears souvenirs. I have a buddy who's on the merchandising team and he said they were just released as a Limited Time Magic souvenir yesterday (August 5th). 

    Here's the inside scoop:

    Right now, the Heroes/Villains design is the only one available. (I'm sure that will change if they see a huge response from the guests!) Also, it's only available in one size and it's a limited-edition product at this point. So, once they're gone, they're gone. As far as pricing goes, my buddy said they they were priced at $12.95 each (plus tax).

    Since you'll be arriving in about a week-and-a-half, I asked my buddy if he thought they'd still be around by then. His advice was to call the Disney Merchandise Guest Services line at: (877) 560-6477 (hit option #1) and order yours over the phone if this is a souvenir you definitely want to snag. 

    Here's a little tip from your buddy Derek:

    The cast members at Walt Disney World love hearing feedback from the guests - especially when it comes to souvenirs. If you poke around stores like The Chapeau in the Magic Kingdom, and talk to the cast members about your interest in products like the reversible Cover Your Ears souvenirs, that type of feedback is often used in determining future souvenirs to offer.

    So, you can be one of the pioneers that hopefully makes the Cover Your Ears souvenirs a permanent fixture in Walt Disney World's gift shops!
