Hi Sonia, How exciting to be leaving this frigid weather in Massachusetts and heading to the "Happiest Place on Earth!"

You are correct, the Disney Dining Plan does not include gratuity.

We, too, always enjoy a lot of buffet meals in our itinerary. We've always gone with the standard 18% tip on all buffets, as well as most table service meals. If the service is particularly exemplary at a non-buffet restaurant, we may leave a bit more.

For parties of 6 or more, 18% gratuity is automatically added the bill. If your party size is smaller than that, it is up to the guests to decide the appropriate tip percentage.
