Ahoy there, Mia! Welcome to planDisney.
Your magical voyage with Disney Cruise Line is on the horizon! I don’t think I have ever cruised from a city where you can arrive and depart from two different terminals. I can imagine how that might be a bit confusing, and I completely understand the importance of arriving at the correct terminal.
The
Disney Wonder sets sail from the Overseas Passenger Terminal or the White Bay Cruise Terminal, depending on the date. For driving directions, check the Arrival Information section at the bottom of the
Sydney, Australia page. There, you'll discover the addresses for both terminals to input into your GPS. Please note that terminals can change at any time, including the day of embarkation. Make sure that you verify upon arrival at the port that you’re going to the correct terminal.
When you arrive at the White Bay Cruise Terminal on January 5, porters will be on hand to take your checked luggage. The terminal opens at 11:15 a.m. You may enter the terminal at your scheduled Port Arrival Time that you selected during online check-in. If you haven’t had an opportunity to complete online check-in, no worries! Just plan to arrive after 2:00 p.m. Disney Cruise Line representatives will check you in, and you’ll be welcomed aboard in no time!
If you’re traveling with any junior sailors, I recommend stopping by the
youth clubs during Open House hours. It's the perfect opportunity to meet the counselors and explore these interactive spaces together. When you visit the club for the first time, a youth counselor will review the information you provided during online check-in. This is a great time to let them know about any allergies or concerns you may have. When picking up your child, scan your Key to the World Card and whisper your secret password to the youth counselor. You’re now free to enjoy some family time together.
If you have any more questions before you set sail, please stop by planDisney and ask.
SEAS the adventure!
