    Leaving AK at 1pm for DHS. What's fastest? Wait for park-park bus (I've heard they don't run as often as resort busses), wait for a bus to a resort where we can walk to DHS? Or take first resort bus we see and take DHS bus from that resort?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  We are delighted to help answer your questions about your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

    From my experience, the fastest way to travel from Disney's Animal Kingdom to Disney's Hollywood Studios is to travel by bus from Disney's Animal Kingdom to Disney's BoardWalk Inn.  From here, you can then walk by the canal straight to Disney's Hollywood Studios.  It will take you approximately ten to fifteen minutes, depending on how fast you walk.  

    I also LOVE this walk!  I have done it several times, and it is just a nice change of pace and scenery.  I also like how you can control how fast (or slow) you can travel to Disney's Hollywood Studios.
