We leave in two days and the weather forecast just made a drastic turn. How can we still take advantage of the pools when it's only supposed to be 60-65 degrees outside?

Hi, Melissa!  My family is heading down to WDW later this week, so we just had this conversation!   We Northern families are pretty tough, so knowing my kids, if it is sunny and over 60 degrees, I know my kids will be hopping into the pool!   We are going to try to check ahead for our travel days and pick the day that looks like it will be the warmest and make that our "pool day."   We will TRY to have them wait to swim until after lunch when we hit the warmest time of the day.

Thankfully, the pools are heated so hopefully they won't freeze.  So if you see a mom sitting pool side wrapped up in a jacket while 2 crazy kids are splashing around in the pool, that will be my family!

Hope you have plenty of sunshine and a few hours of toasty temperatures so you get a chance to enjoy your resort's pool.   Have fun!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
