Hi Akta!
Welcome to planDisney! Just a few more weeks until your visit to Walt Disney World Resort - how exciting!
Akta, I love my days in the parks, but often my family needs to take a break to rest and recharge - especially during the hot summer months. I'm happy to share that you can leave and then later re-enter a theme park on the same day regardless of whether or not you are staying at a hotel in the Disney Resorts Collection. If you have a
standard, one park-per-day ticket, you can only leave and re-enter the same park, but if you have
added the park hopper option to your tickets, you can leave and re-enter any of the four theme parks!
If you're not staying at Disney Resort, you can still visit these beautiful properties to dine or participate in select recreational activities. Some of my favorite character dining is located inside the monorail resorts which are conveniently located near Magic Kingdom Park. These options include
Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort,
'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort (character dining at breakfast only), and
1900 Park Fare at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. While pool access is reserved for hotel Guests, many other recreational activities are available for any visiting Guest.
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort is home to some great options including horseback riding, kayaking, fishing, and wagon rides just to name a few. Advanced reservations are available for most of these activities and are recommended if available!
Akta, I hope you enjoy taking the time to enjoy all that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer on your upcoming visit! If you have any other vacation planning questions, please feel free to stop by and see us again here at planDisney!
Cheers,
Kristi
