Can we leave our 12, 8, and 4 y/o on the ship for half of the day while we are port? We would like to do some adult things.

    Hello Miranda,

You can leave the kids onboard while you enjoy the ports of call.  The youth counselors in the clubs are very well trained in keeping the kids not only entertained, but more importantly, safe and sound.  Don't hesitate to enjoy your free time exploring!

Just as an FYI.  You'll notice that the youth clubs typically open around 9:00am each day, and some port adventures start earlier than that.  The hours are adjusted on port days.  The clubs will be opened early enough for parents to drop off their children and head out to enjoy their early (& amazing) Port Adventures.

I hope this helps Miranda.  Please let me know if you have any other questions.  Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel.  have a magical trip!

Meet the Panelist: Marisol, Florida

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
