Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Kelly. I'm so excited to hear you'll be traveling to the
Walt Disney World Resort this weekend! You're sure to make lots of magical memories with your precious family.
You ask an excellent question. You are most welcome to leave the theme park and return to the same park on the same day with a Standard Theme Park Ticket. If you had the Park Hopper Option, you'd have the option of leaving one theme park and then visiting
another theme park on the same day. That's the only difference!
My family and I always leave the theme parks for a midday break. We like to arrive to the theme parks nice and early in the morning. This is typically the least crowded time of the day, so we take advantage of those low wait times for attractions! After lunch, we head back to our Disney Resorts Collection hotel for a dip in the pool and a bit of a rest. When everyone has had a chance to recharge, we travel back to the theme parks for the evening!
The Walt Disney World Resort is committed to making sure that all Guests have inclusive, accessible, and magical experiences. Have you checked out the
Services for Guests with Disabilities page on the Walt Disney World Resort website? It has lots of important information about the many services and access options that are available throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. You may be especially interested to learn about the
Disability Access Service. If your little princess has difficulty with extended waits in a conventional queue environment due to her disability, the Disability Access Service provides a convenient alternative. Guests can now pre-register for the Disability Access Service online. Isn't that great?
I hope this was helpful, Kelly. I'm wishing you and your family a Disney vacation that is practically perfect in every way!
Ashley
