Hello, Samantha!
A Disney Cruise Line vacation is perfect for Guests of all ages! I started sailing with my son when he was three. He loved meeting the characters and splashing in the splash area. I’m happy to share my travel tips with you.
Your seven-month-old is welcome to stay in the
“it’s a small world” nursery! while you enjoy your time on land. The nursery staff is happy to diaper, feed, and play the day away with your little one. You can leave baby food, milk, or non-perishable snacks when you drop your sailor off.
Please let the staff know you will be disembarking the ship. They will ask for an emergency phone number where you can be reached. Just so you know, international calling rates may apply depending on your cell phone provider.
The maximum number of nursery hours you can reserve online varies based on the length of your cruise. You can book 10 hours per child for voyages of two to five nights, 15 hours for six-night cruises, and 18 hours for itineraries of seven to eight nights. If you need more time, you can check the nursery upon embarkation for openings.
Families traveling with babies can access
various onboard services and amenities. Your Stateroom Host can provide a diaper disposal unit, portable crib, bottle warmer, and many other helpful amenities. Highchairs are available in all of the dining rooms. You can even request pureed foods served at dinner or delivered to your stateroom via room service. Your little one will definitely receive the royal treatment!
I’m unsure if your pint-sized sailor is crawling yet, but you can enter them in Jack-Jack’s Incredible Diaper Dash. It’s an adorable baby crawling race that’s fun to watch, even if your little one isn’t ready to crawl to the finish line. Once you board and connect to the ship's Wi-Fi, you can find all the day’s activities on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.
Thank you for trusting us with your vacation planning questions! I hope you have a magical vacation.
SEAS the adventure!
