Hi Lauren!
It sounds like you're planning an
autumn vacation to Walt Disney World Resort, which is a fantastic time to visit! I love to enjoy the beautiful fall decorations throughout the theme parks and Disney Resort hotels and you'll find an amazing variety of pumpkin and maple treats to enjoy. Be sure to plan a visit to the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival during your trip because it's my favorite special event in EPCOT's World Showcase!
It sounds like you'll be visiting Magic Kingdom on a night when the theme park will be transformed for
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. The party is a specially ticketed event that allows party Guests to enjoy exclusive party offerings, as well as the theme park's attractions and dining experiences. While this fall's
Park Hours haven't been released yet, generally the theme park will close for Guests with standard theme park tickets before the party starts and Guests will be directed towards the park's exit if they don't have a party ticket. Only Guests with party tickets and party wrist bands will be able to enjoy Magic Kingdom's attractions and dining, as well as the exclusive tricks and treats of the party, such as
Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade.
So I recommend that you either purchase tickets for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party to enjoy the full day in Magic Kingdom or you can plan on enjoying dining and entertainment outside of Magic Kingdom after you exit the theme park. This would be a great night to visit
Disney Springs to enjoy an incredible meal and grab some vacation souvenEARs. Plus, you'll find some really fun entertainment experiences at Disney Springs that will be a great way to end your magical day!
Feel free to come back to see us if we can help you again as your trip approaches. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
