We would like to leave Magic Kingdom to eat at the Wilderness Lodge one of the days we are there! My daughter is in a wheelchair so I'm wondering if the boat that travels back & forth from these two locations is wheelchair accessible? Thanks!

    Hi Kathleen!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!

The Wilderness Lodge is my favorite resort at Walt Disney World.  It is definitely a fun place to visit.  Be sure to explore it when you visit.

Wheelchairs can go on the boat that runs between the Magic Kingdom and the Wilderness Lodge.  You can roll right onto the boat.  The only time I have seen a problem is when it is stormy; in that case, you might want to consider using a Disney bus instead.

Enjoy planning your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and please write back with more questions!
