    Can we still leave an item with guest services to be autographed? Is this at the hotel or at the Parks? Or both? Thank you!

    Hi Connie! Disney does not have a published service for guests to obtain character autographs. For a while one could leave something at the Guest Relations desk on the Disney Cruise Ships but that has been discontinued. I think the popularity of it just overwhelmed the characters and they could not keep up with it. So instead of disappointing guests it is just better that all guests personally find the characters of their choice and get the autographs at that time.

    The resorts might always have some of the popular characters and autographs on hand and you can ask either the Front Desk or Concierge cast members for assistance. If you head to the parks check out Guest Relations to see if anyone there can assist you with your mission. I am afraid it might depend on the cast member and how busy they are on any particular day but it is certainly worth a try.
