We leave on February 15, 2015 for a 5 night Caribbean cruise. It does not state anywhere about a formal night. Should we plan for one formal dress night?

    Ahoy, Christine!

Only a few more days until you set sail! You must be bursting with excitement - I know I would be!

No need to pack a formal dress for your cruise, you won't have an official "formal night" during your sailing. On a five-night cruise, you'll have two "cruise casual" evenings, one optional "dress-up" night, and a "cruise casual/Pirate" night. Some guests will choose to dress formally on the optional dress-up night, but you would be fine in a nice Sunday dress. (That's what we call them in the South!) You might want to bring formal wear (a cocktail dress) if you're planning to dine at Palo, the adult-exclusive restaurant on the Disney Wonder

Don't forget to embrace the pirate life and pack your favorite pirate accessories for Pirate Night! It's a swashbuckling good time on the high seas!

I hope this helps with your planning and packing. I hope you have a most magical Disney Cruise Line vacation next week! - Diane W.
