    Leave for Disney in 12 days :-) Have reservations at Whispering Canyon, would like to see Magic Kingdom fire works and Electrical Light Parade from there, Where is the best spot to see these,and how do I get there? Thank you for all the great tips

    Hi Heather!  Whispering Canyon is a fun place to eat and Wilderness Lodge is beautiful!

    I would suggest you head to Fort Wilderness by catching a boat right from the dock...takes about five minutes.  There on the beach of Fort Wilderness you can watch the great Magic Kingdom fireworks and you can also listen to the music as it is chimed into their sound system.  You miss a little of the lower fireworks but not much at this location.  Wilderness Lodge does not offer viewing of the fireworks.

    The Electric Water Parade will go by the Wilderness Lodge at 9:30pm and Fort Wilderness at 9:45pm so you can either stay at the Fort and watch both or catch the next "local" boat back to the Wilderness Lodge to catch the show from there.
