Can I leave my child at Oceaneers Club while I’m on a Port Adventure?

Ahoy there, Carlos! Welcome to planDisney and thank you for stopping by with your question. The line where the sky meets the sea calls me, too. And Disney Cruise Line is my favorite course to seek it.

If you are looking to go fishing beyond the reef and enjoy Port Adventures or explore destinations on your own, you are welcome to check your little voyager (between 3 and 10 years of age) into Disney's Oceaneer Club and head out, knowing the counselors will entertain and keep your child safe on board. I would recommend sharing your plans with a Youth Counselor so they know how to get in contact with you if needed. If your child is eight or older and you gave them check-in and out privileges, you may want to adjust this to feel more comfortable about their whereabouts while you are enjoying the port destination. Also, be sure to check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App for hours the Oceaneer Club is open just to make sure there are no gaps in your plan, especially if you have an early morning Port Adventure.

Please come back to planDisney with any other questions. We are here for you and all your adventures!

    Bon Voyage, Voyager!
