    Where can I leave a cast member compliment? While at the parks recently I received some extra Disney magic that I want to call out to management. Where can I submit these compliments?

    Hi, Sandra!  Thanks for visiting planDisney with this great question!

    I'm so happy to hear that your recent visit to Disneyland Resort was extra magical!  Cast Members are such special people, and interacting with them is always one of my favorite parts of visiting the Disney theme parks.  When a Cast Member goes out of their way for a Guest, they certainly deserve to receive some extra pixie dust in return.

    Submitting a Cast Compliment is as easy as bibbidi bobbidi boo!  Simply open your Disneyland mobile app and click on the three lines in the bottom right corner of your screen to bring up the menu.  Scroll down on the menu screen until you see the little icon of a Cast Member's nametag and click on "Cast Compliment."  You can then select the reason for your compliment and the location of your interaction from a drop-down menu.  If you know the Cast Member's name and hometown, you also have the option to enter that information, along with the date of your interaction.  Once your compliment is submitted, the Cast Member will be recognized for making a difference in your Disneyland Resort day.
