    Where do I leave a cast compliment?

    That is so very kind of you, Dorothy! Thank you for wanting to compliment a Cast Member based upon an experience you had during a recent visit! I loved it when the Walt Disney World Resort started the Cast Member Compliment program! It’s such a thoughtful way for Cast Members to be recognized by Guests!

    The best way to send a Cast Compliment is to use your My Disney Experience app! When you open the app, tap the menu (three horizontal lines) at the bottom of the screen. When the menu appears, scroll past the white tiles to a list of additional features. One of the additional features states, “Cast Compliment.” After you tap “Cast Compliment” you will be prompted to provide some brief information about the Cast Member and your experience with that Cast Member! You can then tap “Submit” when you’re done!

    Dorothy, thanks again for your kindness toward a Cast Member at the Walt Disney World Resort! They do so much to add magic to our visits!
