Can I leave my bag a at my hotel before check in time while I am at the park? I was charged for a magic band but got no order and shipping confirmation. Where is it?

Hey Howdy Hey Lydia and welcome to planDisney!

Looks like final preparations are underway for your upcoming trip to visit us in the Most Magical Place on Earth! I am sure you are getting super excited about your trip in a few weeks, so let's talk about some specifics for your trip starting off with what to do with your bags.

Much like yourself, on our trips to Walt Disney World Resort, we are finding ourselves wanting to enjoy the resort, visit the Parks or take in all that Disney Springs has to offer before our room reservation is ready. One of the best parts about staying at a Disney Resort Collection hotel is the accommodations and the understanding from the Cast Members about our Theme Park plans! Bell services will be glad to take care of your bags while you are in the parks awaiting confirmation for your room to be ready. You also have the option, that once you are back in your resort room, you can call bell services and have them deliver your bags right to your room, just in case you are worn out from a long day in the parks. I can tell you from experience, we do this almost every trip and have not had any issues, works out really well!

Now, about those MagicBands. I love how easy and convenient it is visiting the Resort as a whole, using the MagicBands for our park tickets, room key and even charging privileges. So easy and accessible having it all right on your wrist! One way to check on the status of your MagicBands is through your My Disney Experience account. Once logged on, from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu click on the "My MagicBands and Cards" section. Scroll to the bottom where you should see a blue button labeled "Order History". If you click on that, you should at least see if your MagicBands have shipped yet. If you are still having issues finding out details about where your MagicBands are, you can always call Disney at (407) 939-4357 and a Cast Member will be able to help you figure things out.

I hope you will find some time on your next trip to visit EPCOT for the celebration of spring with the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. My absolute favorite festival celebrating the growing season with breathtaking flower displays, interactive gardening tutorials and of course food! There are so many reasons to stop by and celebrate the season over at EPCOT. Good luck with your continued planning and if you have any further questions, let us know, we love talking about all things Disney!

    Happy planning,

    Nick
