    When we leave animal kingdom around 5:00 pm, we will have a quick service meal available for dinner. Can we go to the animal kingdom lodge to eat at Mara and then roam the resort?

    Hi Jayne,

    Sure thing!  Your quick service dining credit may be used at any of the Disney Resort hotel quick service restaurants including The Mara.  I have dined at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge several times and love all of their venues.  The Mara has a great mix of traditional American fare and African inspired dishes.  The last time I ate at The Mara I even found my favorite Animal Kingdom Lodge dessert ~ Zebra Domes!  Seating for The Mara is provided inside or outside.

    After you have finished your dinner have fun exploring this exotic Resort.  From shopping at the Zawadi Marketplace to lounging by Arusha Rock Firepit, you can spend hours exploring the treasures hidden here.  If you see Cast Members outside near the savanna be sure to stop and ask them questions as well.  They are a wealth of information and I always seem to learn something new from them.
