Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Lisa!
Isn’t planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation the best!? I am so excited that you are thinking of going to my home away from home in 2018! As for the least expensive times to visit, I suggest keeping an eye open for
Special Offers that appear throughout the yEAR. Some of the most expensive times are over holidays, as those are popular times to visit. With Disney Resort hotels ranging in categories from Value to Deluxe, there really is something for every budget. Heck, I have friends who have stayed in a tent at
The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort!
Here are some other budget-friendly tips:
-Pack a lunch! There are some great locations to relax and enjoy a snack! Just keep in mind that there are
certain regulations and that your cooler and/or bag will be searched upon entering each Disney Theme Park,
- Some Disney Restaurants allow Guests to share plates. My children aren’t big eaters, so we often have them share meals or even eat off of our plates. Some Disney Restaurants (such as buffets) will not allow this, so make sure to plan ahead.
-Most Quick Service locations will offer complimentary water, no need to purchase a bottle!
-My family likes to bring our own glow sticks and small souvenirs from the dollar store to bust out when our kids are eyeing the expensive items in the Disney Theme Parks or Disney Springs. Of course, we allow them a few treats here and there!
Happy planning and please visit us again soon!
