Hi Joni!
Anytime is a great time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! My favorite time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort is during the Holidays. The first two weeks of December are great because you can enjoy the Christmas decorations and the weather is great. February is also a great time to visit with very little crowds and great weather too.
There are fabulous choices for sit-down meals at the Walt Disney World Resort. Some of my favorite America cuisine restaurants are: Chef Mickey's, The Garden Grill, Citricos, The Crystal Palace, The Garden Grove, Tusker House Restaurant and The Hollywood Brown Derby. Some of these are even character dining experiences.
