Just learned that we will be at the WORLD when Epcot food and wine festival is happening, wondering how busy the parks actually get? and one more question can i do upgrading to the deluxe dining package from the regular one?

    Hi Chrystal,

No worries! Typically Epcot's International Food and Wind Festival does not have a significantly noticeable impact on the park's attendance. This fall I was in Epcot on a Sunday during the festival and was stunned by how uncrowded the World Showcase was. To find predicted crowd levels for the dates of your visit, your best bet is to go to the nonDisney website Touring Plans and check out the Crowd Calendar. There is a small fee to subscribe to the site's information.

Yes, you may upgrade from a basic Disney Dining Plan to a the deluxe one. Just be sure to change plans at least three days before your visit.

    Enjoy your visit to Mickey!
