Although every member of the Disney fleet features amazing offerings onboard, Port Adventures provide the opportunity to explore new destinations and create magical memories over the course of your entire itinerary. I highly recommend booking your excursions directly through Disney Cruise Line because you know that all of the tour operators have been thoroughly vetted and get the added peace of mind knowing that the ship will wait for you if something unexpected happens that delays your tour group. While the exact availability of Port Adventures will vary by itinerary, ship, and sailing dates, the lists of potential options for each destination can be found
here. Once you select your destination, you can then narrow down the options by each particular port of call or use the other filters to search by experience type, activity level, accessibility, or price range.
You will be able to see which Port Adventures are available for your particular sailing and can start making reservations once your cruise balance is paid in full and your
advance booking window opens, which is determined by your
Castaway Club membership level or status as a concierge guest. If you are a first-time guest, then the advance booking window opens 75 days prior to your sail date, but the earliest advance booking window opens 130 days prior to sail date for concierge guests. Port Adventures can be reserved online or through the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App starting at midnight Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the date that your advance booking window opens.
Disney Cruise Line does not require payment for Port Adventures in advance, but the costs will be charged to your stateroom account once you are onboard for your sailing. Be aware that most excursions are priced per person, but there are a few that have a group rate and will indicate the maximum number of guests allowed.
