- Nominate an organized person in the group to lead in planning ahead.
- Consider one another's budgets. You don't want people in the group to feel pressured to spend more money than they can afford.
- Consider one another's travel styles. For example, some people might like sleeping in and enjoying a slower-paced Disney vacation. Others might like being in the theme park from opening to closing.
- Make sure everyone communicates their expectations beforehand. Are there certain attractions, restaurants, or characters they want to experience?
- Make sure you plan times to be together as a big group and do your own thing.
- Let each person choose one must-see attraction.
- Consider purchasing Lightning Lane Passes to cut down your wait times.
- Make sure you carve out some downtime so that you can relax (this is especially important if you're traveling with young kids).
