Where can I learn if/which resort pools are closed for refurbishment?

Hi Kurt! Poolside relaxation is so important to an enjoyable Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I always make sure to build in at least one pool/resort day for our vacation. Knowing if your preferred resort pool will be open or closed for refurbishment is an important part of your planning!

The Walt Disney World Resort website will post when a resort pool is scheduled to be closed for refurbishment. The best place to find that information on the website is to search for the resort by name in the search bar. When the resort page appears, you should look for an orange/red message stating, “This Resort hotel is undergoing refurbishment. See Details.” Click on the details to see the planned time of the expected, or current, refurbishment. A good example to look at is Disney’s Beach Club Resort webpage.

Kurt, the Walt Disney World Resort has hotels in the value, moderate, and deluxe ranges! All with great pools for your family to enjoy! My kids have loved the pools at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney’s Riviera Resort, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, and Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts! Search the website to take a look at some of the great options available for your magical vacation!

    Dreams do come true!
