Hello! Will the Le Petit Cafe at the Riviera have Gluten Free pastries? We visit in January and would love to try this place for breakfast and coffee one morning. Thank you!

    Hi Cyndi!

It sounds like you are getting ready for a stay at Disney's Riviera Resort and I'm happy to help you with this awesome question! This brand-new Disney Resort hotel, projected to open December 16, will allow Guests to enjoy a stay in European-inspired accommodations. Plus, this new hotel will offer incredible dining, a beautiful pool and its own station on the Disney Skyliner!

Inspired by a Parisian patisserie, Le Petit Café will be the perfect new spot for Guests to enjoy a bite to eat paired with coffee or a cocktail. Unfortunately, we don't have many details about this new restaurant, so we don't yet know the specific menu that will be available for Guests to enjoy. My son has multiple food allergies, so I know how important it is to plan ahead when you are accommodating a special diet. I recommend that you keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the latest announcements about Le Petit Café and Disney's Riviera Resort as their opening date approaches for more information about the menu you can expect when you visit. Also, you can always reach out to the Special Diets Team at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com for more information about accommodating a gluten-free diet during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

One fantastic option for gluten-free treats is Erin McKenna's Bakery NYC. You can visit their store in Disney Springs for a wide variety of sweet and savory gluten-free foods and their baked goods are also available at locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort, so this may be an option for you to enjoy at Le Petit Café when you visit!

Cyndi, your vacation isn't too far away, so let us know if we can help you with additional questions as you continue planning. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
