    Laura, I will be in Disneyland (CA) with my family from April 7-13 (5th grade spring break). Any key attactions or must see items that week? We were in DisneyWorld (FL) 4 years ago, but have never been to the Ca park. Any help is greatly appreciated!”

    Hi Larry,

    It is wonderful to hear from you.  Thank you so much for the question.  You will have a wonderful time at Disneyland.  I love just walking down Main Street and New Orleans Square.  You can really feel Walt's presence and the nostalgia.  The detail is amazing.  Must see and do attractions at Disneyland many!  My favorites are Davy Crockett's Explorer Canoes and Pirates in the Caribbean that goes through the Blue Bayou.  Alice in Wonderland and Storybook Land Canal Boats are some of the girls favorites.  You must ride Indian Jones Adventure as it is so much fun but is a bit scary.  Fantasmic! is a must see show.  I like it better than at Hollywood Studios, and the dragon is spectacular!  Big Thunder Ranch is fun to walk around and meet the reindeer and turkeys from holidays past. 

     

    California Adventures is getting a remodel but has some not to be missed attractions.  You need to see The Little Mermaid- Ariel's Undersea Adventure and Disney's Aladdin- A Musical Spectacular. ElecTRONica is one of the guys favorites in my family.  Grizzly River Run is so much fun, and you will get wet.   World of Color is one of the most amazing shows I have seen.  Be sure to get a Fast Pass for this when you arrive at California Adventures in the morning.  Toy Story Mania is very similar to the one at Hollywood Studios, however, it does not have a Fast Pass Option, so if you want to ride this attraction, I would suggest getting in line when the park opens.
