Hi Laura, sending you a follow-up question about following WW at Disney. I have been looking around on the internet, but want to get as much information as I can before getting there! I am doing so well and want to continue!

    Hi Beth!

Thank you for asking a follow up question about following Weight Watchers while on vacation at Walt Disney World.  I cannot find any point charts to make it easy for you!  You can definitely stay on track on your vacation, so don't worry.  Just you being aware of what you are eating will make a big difference.  I would recommend bringing some food with you that you know can be a snack or breakfast to eliminate the guesswork.  We always have a granola bar with us.  Also bring some zip lock baggies to store extra snacks in case you don't finish it all.  As I mentioned, fruits are all around the parks and are healthy options with little points.  Make sure you are drinking water.  I usually buy a water bottle and refill it all day to make sure I am getting enough.  When you are ordering a sandwich, you can always opt out of getting bread or a bun and substituting lettuce instead.  Just ask when you order.   If there are certain restaurants that you are wanting to go to, download their menus and figure out what the healthiest option there is for you.  Avoid ordering desserts off the menu and if you must have a treat, go for a frozen chocolate covered banana instead.  You will find if you get enough protein throughout the day, you won't be too hungry.  Do take into account the amount of walking you will be doing.  Bring a pedometer and track just how many miles you will walk in a day.  You will be surprised!  I have faith in you.  You can do this!
