Is there a laundry service at Disney World resort hotels?

    Hiya, Corey!

Welcome back to planDisney! Your upcoming adventure is getting close. I hope that you and your Ohana are getting excited. You ask such a great question. Knowing which types of laundry services are available can make a huge impact on how you pack for your trip.

I am happy to report that there are a variety of laundry services available when staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. The first is dry cleaning and valet laundry service. This is a great option if you prefer to have your clothes cleaned while you are enjoying park time with your family. You can arrange this service by selecting the "Housekeeping" option on the phone located in your Disney World Resort hotel room. After scheduling a pickup, place your laundry in the bag located in your hotel room closet. There are also self-serve laundry facilities located at each of the resort hotels. I am a big fan of starting a load in the washing machine and heading off to the pool. You will receive a text message when your machine has finished a cycle. It only takes a few moments to add your laundry to the dryer and head back to your afternoon swim. This is a great way to refresh your vacation wardrobe without missing out on any of the fun! It is important to note that most of these locations only accept credit/debit cards.

If you are staying in a Disney Resort one or two-bedroom villa, you will have laundry units available directly in your room. My Ohana and I stayed in a Bay Lake Tower one-bedroom during our last stay, and the ability to do laundry in our room at night was fantastic!

I hope that these tips help you continue to plan the best trip ever!
    We'll see ya real soon!
