    Laundry Facilites at Fort Wilderness Campground..wondered if anyone knows..does the washing machines take liquid or powder laundy soap and do we need quarters or bills to run the machines??Coming from Canada, need the correct currency, change or bills?

    The laundry facilities will have vending machines for all of your washing needs, but I always bring my own laundry detergent and bounce because it is quite pricey when you buy these things out of their machines. The Washers and Dryers will take quarters (not bills), but there is a Bill Changing machine in the laundromat where you can change your bills to quarters if that is all you have. I always use the powder detergent, but I would assume you could use liquid if you wanted to. Hope this helps, have fun! Best wishes, Brigitta
