Greetings, Cynthia, and welcome to planDisney! The answer to your question depends on whether you have a park ticket or a Magic Key pass. Let's get into it!
If you have a theme park ticket, you can
modify your reservation up to 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time the night before. On the day of, if you will be unable to make it to the park, you can cancel your reservation and rebook for a new available date as long as your ticket will still be valid. If you have a
Magic Key pass, you must cancel a reservation by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time the night before. If you don't enter a park on a day you reserved with your pass,
you will receive a no-show. A Magic Key holder with three no-shows in a 90-day period would be unable to make new park reservations or modify existing park reservations for 30 days.
You can modify or cancel a reservation
on the Disneyland website or the
Disneyland mobile app. On the website, head to the "Theme Park Tickets & Reservations" page and click the "Make or Modify Park Reservations" button. You'll need to sign in to your MyDisney account. In the app, tap the plus sign at the bottom of the screen and then tap "Make a Park Reservation." From there, tap the "Make or Modify Park Reservations" button.
