    what is the latest amount of time you need to cancel a dinner reservation without being charged for no show?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Steph! 

    When needing to cancel an advanced dining reservation in time to avoid the associated fee for no-shows or late cancellations, you will need to cancel the day prior to your reservation. Cancellations may be made by calling 1 (407) WDW-DINE, online through your My Disney Experience Account, at any Concierge Desk located inside the lobby of your resort hotel, or at Guest Services inside the theme parks and in Downtown Disney. 

    There will also be a cancellation policy on the confirmation email you will receive when you book your reservation. Be sure to look at each one as some signature dining and character dining experiences have a 48 hour cancellation policy. 

    Moms Panel Tip: If your plans have changed and you need a same-day cancellation, speak with a Cast Member and explain the situation - we were graciously extended a one-time offer and our fee was waived when my family was having a magical day on our first visit to Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park and we didn't want to leave for our dining reservation. They will work with you.
