Late planning for March trip, DWHS-GalEdge. Trip 18 days out, no park tix yet. What are our chances of getting Fast Passes for the rides / features we will need them for? And DO we "need" them, or likely to get on via line?

Welcome back to Disney Parks Moms Panel, Deborah!

    Not to worry!

Even Guests with last-minute plans will find wonderful options when they visit Walt Disney World

First, prepare to be blown away by the additions to Disney's Hollywood Studios. Toy Story Land, Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway, new Character Experiences, new scenes at Star Tours - The Adventures Continue, and Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular are enough to wow you even before you step foot into the out-of-this world Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, an All-New Land.

At the time of this writing, the only way to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is by arriving early and joining a Boarding Group, which can only be done on the day you'd like to join the Resistance and fight the First Order. No FastPassing to get into battle there. For Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, keep an eye on Wait Times using your My Disney Experience mobile app, then get into the standby line when it looks to be at its lowest.

If you are a Star Wars fan, see if you can get a reservation to Oga's Cantina at the Walt Disney World Resort, where you'll know you've stepped into a watering hole unlike anything you've seen on Earth. To experience shopping and dining in the rest of Planet Batuu, you won't need a reservation, so tour as you'd like!

Once you've linked your tickets, pick up whichever FastPass+ plans that appeal to you, and plan on using the standby line for those other Must-Dos. The detail throughout Batuu will keep you entertained, and is worth the journey to another galaxy.

As you plan your stellar upcoming trip, be sure to send us more questions as you think of them. We love to help!
