How late are the parks open in August. We are coming 8/19-8/26. I have heard that some of the parks are open later but I can't find anything saying exactly what time.

Hello Karen and thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with such a great question about your upcoming August trip to Walt Disney World Resort.
For me half the magic of a Disney visit happens during the all important planning stages and my favourite way to begin scheduling my Disney days is via Park Hours & Calendars where it's easy to check out what's happening & when, plus look at the current Theme Park opening hours.
Have you heard about Extra Magic Hours These wonderful and super fun additions are an added bonus for Guests who are staying in a Walt Disney World owned and run Resort hotel and other selected on site hotels.
Extra Magic Hours are scheduled for both early mornings and late nights so are suitable for Guests who are early risers or night owls or for those who simply wish to stay and play all day long!  Details of all the available Extra Magic Hours can be found via my previous Park Hours & Calendars link.
Wishing you happy planning towards your August trip to Walt Disney World Resort and please feel free to pop back anytime if I can assist you further.
    Have a great Disney day.
