I have a late lunch reservation(2:40) at Akershus I booked this just for the character experience. When ordering, can you just order a dessert? or do you have to order an entrée as well?

    Royal Greetings to you Heather!

I am so happy to hEAR that you have an upcoming reservation for lunch at the ever-popular Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, located in the Norway Pavilion at Epcot. Definitely be sure to bring your appetite, Heather, as you will be treated to a smorgasbord of flavors and Norwegian culinary delights in this delicious buffet spread. During your meal, you will also be treated to table-side visits with a number of Princesses, which could include Snow White, Cinderella, Belle, Ariel, and Princess Aurora. It is definitely one of my family's favorite ways to meet the Princesses!

Heather, all dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, is buffet-style. There is no à la carte menu option. Instead, all guests are charged a buffet meal price, with two price categories; Children (age 3-9 years old) and Adult (age 10 and up). Children under 3 years of age eat for free when accompanied by a paying adult.

While touring Norway, do be sure to Meet Anna and Elsa at Royal Sommerhus. For any fan of Princesses, a visit with these royal sisters is always a must-do.

Wishing you a MAGICAL upcoming Disney vacation!
