    In late February we will be traveling with 2 other families who have never been to WDW and we were wondering how families are selected to open the Magic Kingdom each morning. It would nothing short of spectacular for these families!

    Hi Sheri!  I know how exciting this would be for any family to be selected to open the Magic Kingdom!  It is strictly a random selection and the best advice I can give you is to arrive EARLY and be up front and visible. It won't matter what you are wearing or how many children you have as it is purely luck to be chosen!  I wish I knew the answer myself!
